We spent several years of research and development to design this powertrain system which can
finally be installed on all types of industrial vehicles.
After initial tests and checks conducted in-house,
we finally reached an advanced stage of testing at the working sites (1,500 hours over six months in
steel plants).
We will be more and more able to meet the needs of the many customers who, in recent years, have been asking us for tailor-made solutions to obtain a zero-emission powertrain while maintaining competitive costs compared to traditional Diesel engines.
In 2018, the Ehron kit was mounted on an industrial loader for scrap handling within a steel plant
scrap yard in order to test both its efficiency and reliability.
This industrial loader, despite being a very complex vehicle as it works on six independent axes,
has provided
encouraging results in terms of effectiveness, reliability and cost management.
The software we have developed controls all vehicle operations and grants for its effectiveness and efficiency. A state-of-the-art digital intelligence that allows a wide range of applications: from storing the vehicle data (thus making predictive maintenance possible) up to the automatic triggering of advanced safety features (automatic stop of the vehicle in case of danger for the operator), through innovative mechatronic controls which can be also tailor-made.

The tests conducted on the industrial loader have demonstrated that the system is also suitable for
simpler vehicles used in steel plants, ports, and other civil work sites. EHRON can be adjusted to
effectively replace the conventional powertrain system of a wide range of industrial vehicles. Its
sizes, operation tasks, working areas may be customised upon the Customer’s specific request.
